A superbill is an itemized receipt provided by your therapist that includes important details like diagnosis codes, procedure codes, dates of service, and provider information. You can submit this document to your insurance company to request potential reimbursement for out-of-network services.
Most insurance companies allow you to upload a superbill (the receipt provided at the end of your session with codes) quickly and easily through their online portals.
There is also an app called Reimbursify that helps streamline this process by simplifying claim submissions.
As an out-of-network provider, we do not bill insurance companies directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse you for services provided. To access these benefits, you will need to submit a claim yourself using a superbill—a detailed receipt we provide that includes diagnostic and procedure codes.
We recommend contacting your insurance company to request a case manager or designated representative who can guide you through the reimbursement process and serve as a direct contact for any questions.
Please note, coordinating insurance reimbursement is the family’s responsibility. We are happy to support you by providing the necessary documentation but ask that all communication with your insurance company be handled by you.

Our primary services are offered at our two clinic locations or via teletherapy. However, we’re happy to discuss school-based visits if your child’s school is within a reasonable distance. Please contact us to explore availability and options.
